Portfolio of Aerospace Engineering Projects / Solutions

Portfolio of Aerospace Engineering Projects / Solutions – including aircraft flight controls, landing gears, NASA heat exchangers and the Space Shuttle Main Engines.

Engineering equipment operating in extreme environments – whether in single or multiple missions – requires experience in materials, design and finite element analysis. FEA is used to determine structural integrity of components operating in a range of loads including (thermal / transient), stress, vibration & fatigue).

A number of our aerospace projects are not shown here. Some involve confidential client relationships; others concern sensitive government or defense work that cannot be disclosed publicly. The murals in our office offer a glimpse into a few of these — including our investigations for NASA on Space Shuttle Main Engine Nozzles, the Hubble Telescope frame, and heat exchanger cracking. If you’d like to know more about our aerospace experience, we encourage you to Call Tom O’Donnell to Discuss your Engineering Challenges. (412) 835-5007
