Seismic Analysis was Performed on a Fire Protection System for Qualification to Section 132 of the Uniform Building Code (UBC) for a Client that Designs and Installs such Systems. The fire protection system included pumps, tanks, manifolds, piping, and a structural support frame. Finite element analysis was used to evaluate the stresses and deflections under seismic loading conditions.
